We always like to hear from parents and Friends of Yattendon School, but it is particularly important that you get in touch with us if:

• your child is unwell and is going to be off school or late. We ask that you contact us between 9.00 and 9.30 each morning that your child will be late or absent. You are likely to be late collecting your child

• your child needs to miss an after school club or activity for family or medical reasons

• at anytime you feel that you would like to talk to us about your child

We would also like to be able to contact you in case of any emergency. We ask that you complete and return the attached emergency contact details form for our records. Please send in a new one every time your details change. It is critical that we keep our emergency records up to date.
