Examples of your learning! (Week beginning 08-06-20)

Hello Super Swallows!

It has been fantastic to hear from you all this week!  We have loved seeing your photos and hearing what you’ve been up to.  We were very pleased to hear that lots of you enjoyed The Carnival of the Animals music.  We saw some fantastic research on lions, snakes and kangaroos.  We also saw lots of fantastic English and Maths home learning that you have been doing as well as other things you’ve been up to like practicing your musical instruments, playing in the garden, making rockets, new kittens and visiting the local church to see the church bells.

We have also been busy this week, Mrs Robinson has been on a gruffalo trail with her boys in the woods near her home and they found some rope swings to play on.  They also discovered that underneath the trampoline was the perfect spot to shelter from the rain! We hope you haven’t been caught in the rain this week! Mrs Wood has also been in the woods , finding dens and rope swings at Snelsmore Common.  Mrs Lawrie has been busy back at school, helping in Owls class.

We hope you enjoy looking at the photos and seeing what your friends have been upto.  Make sure you watch the video of Freya’s amazing rocket!

We hope you all have a lovely weekend and we look forward to hearing from you next week.

Love Mrs Wood, Mrs Robinson and Mrs Lawrie xx
