Good morning, Kingfishers!

I hope you and your families are all well and that you enjoyed a relaxing weekend.

It has been so chilly – there has even been a little bit of snow! The birds in the garden are very hungry and have been feasting on the nuts and seeds in the feeders. I have seen so many beautiful plants covered in frost and ice.

This week, take some time to experience nature. What do you notice? We can look after ourselves through quiet relaxation.
