• A Roman for a day

  No one was harmed as we had a very exciting

  visit from a Roman Gladiator on Tuesday

  morning! Funded by Friends of Yattendon School, our topic was

  brought to life as a ‘real’ Roman worked with

  each class. The children were taken through

  many aspects of life as a gladiator, including

  battle techniques.
